Everyone!  Over the past 20 years I have had the privilege of meeting and becoming friends with so many of my my customers. Estate sale shopping is fun! Our customers come from all walks of life and have just as many reasons for shopping your sale.  Many people cherish the vintage items and are looking for something special. Some people are looking to add to their own home decor, and others want to resell items as a side business.  All are welcome!

Once we have a signed contract, we begin work. You can expect the entire process to take about a month, depending on scheduling.

Generally speaking, you can allow two to three weeks for cleanup, setup, pricing, staging, pictures, advertising, and your estate sale weekend. Then allow one more week for us to thoroughly clean out the property after the sale. 

The answer is YES.  A normal sale will operate Saturday at full price and Sunday at up to 50 percent off. Our prices are negotiable unless agreed on prior to the sale.

We start early! Our normal Saturday hours are 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.  We often add Friday sales with flexible hours.

We are paid solely from the commission on the sale.  There are no hidden, out-of-pocket expenses for our clients. Our pricing covers all incidentals and will leave you worry free.  Our percentage will vary from 25 to 40 percent depending on many variables including the size and value of the estate.
