Estate Liquidation and Sales

MK Estate Sales & Services provides a turn key estate sale process designed to take the burden off of you. Each family property is unique and will have individual needs.  Unique items often need special attention, and we will be working for you.  We take special care with collections of family heirlooms, jewelry (antique or modern), and firearms. No sale is too small or too big.

• Start by completing the online contact form, or give us a call directly to set up your free consultation. No strings attached.

• Please do not throw out or donate anything until our initial meeting. We find our clients' biggest mistake is discarding or giving away items that may have more value than you think. Let our experience guide you.

• During our on-site free consultation, we will listen to your needs and come up with a customized plan for your individual sale. 

• Once we agree on your customized plan and you sign our service contract, we can begin working for you. 

• We understand that time is often of the essence. Prior to your sale, MK Estate Sales will clean, stage, price, and photograph the sale's inventory. We also provide online advertising and sales, which often helps to maximize the estate's value.

• Most sales take place on the weekends and last two to three days, with discounts given on subsequent days. After the last sale day, time is allotted for whole home clean out. This service is included in your contract price.

• All items will be removed. Hard surfaces will be wiped and hard floors will be broom swept. 

• Clients will be provided with an itemized list of all items sold at the sale. Proceeds will be distributed within 5-7 business days of last sale date.
